The service

Your AI Guy provides AI building and advisory services on a monthly retainer basis. You describe what you need, we advise and build it.

Subscriptions

Our service is billed monthly. You choose a tier (Starter, Pro, Expert, or Priority) and are billed at the start of each billing period.

  • You can cancel anytime. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • We don't offer refunds for partially used months.

What you get

Each tier includes access to AI building services at the level described on our pricing page. We build tools, automations, prototypes, and provide strategic advice. Specific deliverables depend on what you ask us to build.

Intellectual property

Everything we build for you is yours. You own all deliverables, code, designs, and assets we create as part of your subscription. We don't retain any rights to your work.

Communication

We communicate via your preferred channel — WhatsApp, email, Slack, or whatever works for you. Response times depend on your tier. We're not available 24/7 but we do our best to respond quickly during business hours (CET).

Limitations

  • We provide our services "as is" and to the best of our ability.
  • We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the current billing period.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp.
